Discussing about erection problems can be really difficult and hence many men suffer in silence. Losing an erection during sex can be really embarrassing and it can become worse if you lose it even before starting the intercourse. Knowing more about Erectile Dysfunction is necessary if you occasionally or regularly experience erection disorders. Here is a brief list of things to check when you start experiencing erection problems:
- Are you over-weight, sedentary or have other health related issues? If you do not exercise or keep sitting most of the time, there are chances that you can develop erectile dysfunction. If you are having erection problems during or before sex, and you are over-weight and obese as well, you will need to get active and bring healthy changes into your life or the situation may get worse.
- If you are having erection difficulties, you should get your sugar levels and blood pressure tested and if there is any problem that interferes with your blood flow, you should speak to your doctor about it. According to modern research, diabetes and blood pressure can lead to erectile dysfunction.
- Mental health has a relationship with erections. Depression, stress and anxiety can all become reasons for erectile dysfunction. Relationship difficulties can also eventually lead to erectile dysfunction. If you are already on medication for anxiety or depression or addicted to recreational drug use or take excessive amount of alcohol – you might have developed erectile dysfunction as well.
Erectile Dysfunction is very common but it can be treated. Speak to your GP about it and they should be able to suggest what to do next. Losing erection before and during sex can be treated and all you have to do is, seek help.

>>> Are you over-weight, sedentary or have other health related issues?
over weight is dangerous, ok, that’s the fact.
but be in mind that it’s not only about this xxx issues, but to your overall health as well — cancer, stroke, etc..
exercise well, and don’t sit all the time — even if you have to, take a break and do some little exercises.

I go with the comment of Diet Pills Reviewer.
Regular exercise can help one to avoid this problem.
Also, I heard from some source that drinking water regularly will also help a person avoid such problem.

Regular exercise it just 1 part of the puzzle. Smoking, diet, drinking can also have an effect on your blood flow.
